Our school director and lead primary teacher, known as “Miss Toni” is AMS certified and is educated in these areas:
• Human growth and development.
• Observational skills to match students' developmental needs with materials and activities. This allows her to guide students in their individual learning plan.
• Montessori philosophy and methodology appropriate for children from age 2 months to 6 years old. The ability and dedication to put the key concepts into practice.
• Teaching strategies that support and facilitate the unique and total growth of each individual child.
• Classroom leadership skills that foster a nurturing environment that is physically and psychologically supportive of learning.

Our pre-primary teacher Miss Vally is a native of Italy, and has been living in the United States since 2000. She received her teaching degree in Italy qualifying her to work with elementary school children (Pre K - 4th grade). She loves working with children and was anxious to get back to work with children so rather than transferring her Italian teaching credentials she opted to take the Montessori teachers training while living in Atlanta, Georgia.

She received her Montessori teaching certificate and was employed in a very prestigious school until she moved to Wisconsin this year.

We are fortunate to have her working in our school with her passion for the children and the Montessori Method of teaching.

Miss Crystal is our primary co-teacher who is amazing with the children. She has resigned a position as an office manager to pursue a career as a Montessori teacher. She started her training at the end of February and will start student teaching September 2011. Her addition to the present staff has made the classroom environment a perfect balance.
The children love her nurturing, and humerus personality.
You will often hear them say, "Miss Crystal you are so funny."

Our toddler teacher, Miss Becky has taken basic Montessori training for toddlers. She is very calm and takes her time with each child. Her gentle spirit makes the transition from home to school easier for the children in her care.

Both of her children attended Montessori Schools, and started out as our classroom aide teaching the children their letter sounds. She was so incredible with the children we decided to make her a permanent addition to our staff and we're glad we did.
