Admission Process
 All prospective parents are required to come for a school tour, accompanied by the child. We will set up a
date and time that is mutually convenient. To schedule an appointment please call Toni Schneider, School Administrator at 262-290-0595.  
·          After the school tour the parents will be invited to attend the school while the class is in session to observe the children at work.  We ask that you sit and watch quietly as this can be very disruptive to the environment.
·          Following the observation, the parents will be given an enrollment packet to take home and review. If you are interested in enrolling your child call the school and tell us your anticipated start date and then send in your enrollment documents listed  below along with the required deposit.  

Please submit the following: 
·          Signed Enrollment Contract  
·          A $100 deposit is required with the enrollment form. If you change your mind about enrolling your child prior to the start date the deposit is non refundable. If your child starts on the contracted date, the deposit will be applied towards the first months tuition. 
·          Photocopy of birth certificate 
·          A $75.00 supply fee which is non refundable 
·          Health History and Vaccination Form 

Programs
Toddler is for children 20 mos - 2 years. The classroom is for children who have not yet matered independent use of the restroom.  
Eight options are offered:  five-half or full days, four-half or full days, three-half or full days or two-half or full days.

Pre-Primary is for children 2- 3 years. This classroom is for children who have not yet mastered their independent use of the restroom.  
Six options are offered:  five-half or full days, four-half or full days, three-half or full days. 

Primary Program is for children 3 - 6 years and provides a peaceful and secure environment that fosters intellectual development through independent exploration.
Four options are offered:  five half or full days or four half or full days.  Children in this program must be able to use the restroom independently.   

Kindergarten is offered to five and six year olds who are ready for more challenging work.  The lead classroom teacher will determine when the child is ready and discuss it with the parents.  This full day program
(8:30 to 3:30) gives the students an opportunity to work as a smaller group and allows the lead teacher to give longer, more detailed lessons.  This program most closely resembles Kindergarten in other schools; however, the Montessori curriculum adheres to and exceeds the State Standards of Learning.

Our Kindergarten children have consistently performed above grade level once they transition to first grade.

      
Family tuition discount Families enrolling more than one child in a school year receive a tuition discount of 10% for the first child and 50% for any other children in the same family.

Other Discounts Though we are not affiliated with the Church of the Resurrection, we offer a 10% courtesy discount to church members.  Confirmation of membership is required from the church pastor.

Deposit 
A $100 deposit is required with the enrollment form. If you change your mind about enrolling your child prior to the start date the deposit is non refundable.  If your child starts on the contracted date, the deposit will be applied towards the first months tuition. 

Materials Fee
A $75 materials fee is required for each child that is enrolled and must accompany the enrollment form.

Snack Fee
Each family will be asked to contribute $50.00 ($80.00 if you have more than one child enrolled) to the cost of healthy snacks on a rotational basis. A notice will be placed in the monthly newsletter when it is your families turn. So if there are 30 families in the school, you would be asked to make the contribution every 30 weeks.
Occasional Care $5.00/hour (1 hour minimum)
9-month enrollment agreement from September 1, 2011 to June 1, 2012
